Project Details: We are so thankful to be support the efforts of, My Hair My Health, a local PDX nonprofit that hosts annual events that empower the health and well being of black women and their families.
We were first introduced in 2020 when we helped take their annual event to the virtual space. Following the event we worked closely with their team on a rebrand and website refresh project. Led by STCK’s Creative Director, Estefania Rivera, we worked in collaboration with STCK Network Member Channel Ambrose in the design of the My Hair My Health logo and brand style guide.
Our key focus on the website was to “center black women” and express personality of the brand through thoughtful placement of textures, colors, and imagery.
The timing of the rebrand was synced up with their 2021 event and exciting launch as their own 501c(3)! The creative direction of the event was led by STCK Co-Founder, Taylor Barnes.
